mr. sc. Ivona Žaja dr. med. dent. spec. orthodontics
The owner and CEO of Žaja Dental Clinic, mr. sc. Ivona Žaja dr. med. dent. spec. orthodontics graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Dental Medicine in 1997. In 2003 she received her master’s degree and received a specialist diploma in 2004.
Žaja gained professional work experience in the field of orthodontics working with numerous patients as an orthodontics specialist in the Dental clinic Zagreb – “Perkovčeva” from 2004 until 2010.
She founded Žaja Dental Clinic in the same year.
In her professional practice, mr. sc. Ivona Žaja, dr. med. dent. spec. orthodontics successfully carried out thousands of orthodontic therapies, including a very complex multidisciplinary therapeutic approach to treatments, cooperating with oral surgeons, prostheticians and implantologists.
Additionally, Mr. sc. Ivona Žaja dr. med. dent. spec. continuously improves her skills by attending many prestigious dental congresses and specialist educations in Croatia and abroad.
She is a member of Croatian Dental chamber (CDC), Croatian Medical Association (CMA), Croatian Catholic Medical Society (CCMS), as well as the governing board of The Croatian Society of Orthodontics of the Croatian Medical Association (CSO CMA).
